Terms of Service
Welcome to FBR Invoicing. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our application, websites, services, and related materials (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1.Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and be authorized to act on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
2.Acceptable Use
When using the Services, you agree that you will not:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to access, probe, or test systems without authorization.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with Service integrity or performance.
- Misrepresent your identity or the identity of your organization.
3.Billing, Taxes, and Compliance
If you purchase paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. You are solely responsible for compliance with relevant tax regulations and for the accuracy of data you submit to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or other authorities. We do not provide legal or tax advice; please consult your advisors.
4.Refund/Return Policy
The Services are delivered digitally, so there are no physical returns. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused usage, downgrades, or cancellations.
If you believe you were billed in error or charged in duplicate, contact support and we will review the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5.Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access through the end of the current billing period.
At the end of the billing period, your plan will downgrade to the Free tier and paid features will end. You remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the effective cancellation date. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or suspected misuse.
6.Subscription Terms and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) as specified at checkout. By starting a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.
One-time plans are charged once and expire after the stated access period. We may change subscription fees or features with notice as required by law. If a payment fails, we may retry charges and suspend access until payment is received.

This website and the FBR Invoicing services are owned and operated by Makran Corporate Solutions (Private) Limited, operating online as FBR Invoicing.

The Services may integrate with third-party products or services (for example, email or identity providers). Your use of such third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse or assume liability for them.
10.Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and related content. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
11.Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
12.Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
13.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
14.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FBR Invoicing and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of incorporation or residence, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue for any disputes will be the courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business, unless a different venue is required by law.
16.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will provide appropriate notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
