This Privacy Policy does not apply to content that we process on behalf of customers of our business offerings, such as our API. Our use of that data is governed by customer agreements covering access to and use of those offerings.

Business data: invoice details, company records, and content you upload or generate via the Services.

Payment metadata: plan, amount, status, Safepay tracker/reference, and billing contact details needed to manage subscriptions. We do not store full card numbers or security codes; card data is handled by Safepay.

3.Refund/Return Policy

Payment processors handle full card data; we receive limited identifiers needed to manage renewals, enforce plan expirations, and reconcile payments, and we do not store full card numbers or security codes.
